Founder, Owner
Malaysia
Malaysia's lifelong connection with animals led her to an impactful eight-year career in the veterinary field, where she served as a client service representative and veterinary technician in Maryland and Texas. She earned her certification as a veterinary assistant through the Penn Foster Program in 2017 and completed her internship with VCA Animal Hospital. In 2019, she obtained her AA degree at CCBC and completed her BA at UTSA.

After becoming a mom, Malaysia founded "Paw Time Favorite Pet Sitting LLC," showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to animal care. Certified in Cat and Dog First Aid by the American Red Cross and a proud member of Pet Sitters International (PSI), Malaysia ensures the safety and well-being of pets under her care. Her diverse background in veterinary services and ongoing commitment to education make her a trusted and compassionate professional.

Jonathan
Jonathan, Malaysia's husband, dedicates himself part-time to work as a professional pet sitter and dog walker for Paw Time Favorite Pet Sitting. Growing up on a ranch has instilled in him a lifelong love for animals, shaping his deep understanding of their needs and behaviors.

Jonathan strives to offer pet owners peace of mind, knowing that their furry companions are in capable and caring hands. His genuine passion for animals, coupled with his professional expertise, makes him a trustworthy and reliable choice for those seeking top-notch pet care services.

Genevieve
Genevieve is a veterinary technician with over three years of experience in the veterinary field. She currently works as a vet tech, where she provides care for cats, dogs, and a variety of exotic pets. Genevieve’s passion for animal care is evident in every aspect of her work, and she approaches each patient with dedication and compassion.

Outside of her veterinary career, Genevieve enjoys spending time with her 153-pound Presa Canario and English Mastiff mix. Together, they explore trails, go hiking, take Jeep rides, and enjoy time by the water. Genevieve also has a creative side, enjoying painting, diamond art, and a good scary movie. Her love for animals, adventure, and creativity shines through in all she does, both personally and professionally.

Kaziyah
Kaziyah brings a warm, grounded presence to the Paw Time Favorite team, along with a genuine love for animals that’s been part of her life since day one. She grew up with all types of animals, and is a huge Bully Breed lover. Whether she’s walking a dog, checking in on a cat, or just making sure everyone feels calm and cared for, she approaches every visit with patience, attention, and heart.
She’s currently finishing her psychology degree at Texas A&M University–San Antonio and has a natural gift for understanding emotional needs. As a cat mom to Rico and Ezzo, she knows how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets, and she takes that responsibility seriously.
When she’s not working or studying, you’ll usually find her journaling, spending time outside, or pouring into her wellness routine. Kaziyah is proud to be part of a team that shares her passion for animals and she’s excited to keep growing and making meaningful connections, one paw at a time.

Grace
Grace moved to San Antonio in 2025 from the Pacific Northwest and quickly fell in love with the Texas sunshine. She is a devoted pet parent to her German Shepherd, Kestrel, and has a lifelong background caring for animals of all kinds, from equines and canines to invertebrates. She is passionate about animal husbandry, training, and nutrition, and stays current on research to provide the best possible care.

Grace enjoys spending time outdoors with Kestrel, especially hiking and camping. She earned the prestigious Eagle Scout rank for her leadership, community service, and dedication to the outdoors, and has also worked with a well-known pet food brand, gaining hands-on experience in canine nutrition and client communication.
​
Grace plans to pursue a degree in environmental science with the goal of becoming an environmental education officer. For now, her focus is providing peace of mind to pet owners as a trusted member of the Paw Time Team.

Stephanie
Stephanie has always felt a special connection with animals. Whether she’s walking your dog, checking in on your cat, or ensuring everyone gets their meds and cuddles, she brings patience, care, and a calm presence to every visit. She understands how much pets mean to their people, because her two dogs, Freya and Arlo, mean the world to her too.

Stephanie also works as an educator at SeaWorld, where she talks with guests about the animals they care for. Her ultimate goal is to become a dolphin trainer, and she’s excited to keep learning and growing through every animal interaction.
​
When she’s not working, you can probably find her planning her next Halloween costume or heading to a Renaissance fair. She’s got a big heart, a creative spirit, and we’re so glad to have her on our team!

Daisy
Daisy is one of our senior professional pet sitters and a devoted dog mom to two rescue pups: Rocky, her Rottweiler, and Babygirl, her Pit Bull. She’s been an animal lover her entire life and grew up adopting rescue pets, which shaped her deep compassion and understanding of animals of all backgrounds.
​
A proud Texas native, Daisy was born in Dallas and raised in San Antonio. In 2020, she attended Colorado Technical University to pursue her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on social work. Alongside her love for animals, she has spent over five years working in healthcare as a senior caregiver, bringing patience, empathy, and reliability to every role she takes on.

Daisy was Paw Time’s first-ever employee, and she continues to bring unmatched dedication, experience, and heart to our team.

Professional Team Member
Rosie
Rosie has loved animals her whole life. She grew up in a home full of many pets. As an adult, she continued that passion through local rescue work and caring for special-needs cats and dogs, with a couple of foster fails along the way.

She originally came to Paw Time as a client and loved the experience so much that she wanted to be part of the team. Now, she brings that same warmth and trust she felt as a client into every visit she provides.
​
Rosie is experienced with medication administration and has a naturally calming presence with anxious or nervous pets. She’s also studying to become a dentist and works in the medical field, giving her a strong sense of responsibility and care.
​
In her free time, she enjoys strolling through the pet-store toy aisle, pointing out cows on road trips, and building Legos.
​
Pets love her gentle energy, and clients love knowing their pets are with someone who truly cares.

Virtual Assistant/ Admin
Brenna
Brenna, our dedicated Virtual Assistant, helps keep Paw Time running smoothly behind the scenes. With a passion for uplifting the pet care community, she supports our team with organization, communication, and all the admin details that allow us to stay focused on what matters most — caring for your pets.

Originally from Denver and now enjoying the sunshine in Jacksonville, Florida, Brenna brings over 11 years of professional pet sitting experience and 6 years as the Operations Manager for a large dog walking and pet care company.
She truly understands the heart and hustle of this industry, and she pours that experience into helping Paw Time stay efficient, responsive, and client-focused.

At home, she’s a proud pet mom to three kitties and one chihuahua who keep her on her toes and remind her why supporting great pet care matters so much.
